Raw Food Classes with Ms Ang of Nutrihub, Singapore
on 25th and 26th June 2010

I am from Kuala Lumpur and had learnt how to make raw food from Ms. Ang of Nutrihub in a one to one private class and I also joined a group class.

The private lesson cost more than the group class but I saved in terms of time as I only need to spend one extra day in Singapore and I get to learn the type of recipes that I want. In a private lesson, I had more chance for “hands on” than being in a group, I also get to ask more questions . Whereas, in the group class I get encouraged from knowing other people who are into eating healthily and learnt from questions other people asked and have fun learning with them.

I would recommend anyone to learn raw food making from Ms Ang as she’s a very knowledgeable overall in the area of health as well as food preparation. You can learn raw food , health, nutritional food cooking from her. She is creative in coming up with Asian raw food recipes which I cannot find from the website, for example, raw rojak sauce and raw pizza using local vegetable, like kalian.

Ms Ang is a good teacher. She not only teaches how to make the food but also provide insights into benefits of certain food for health; difference in ingredients for example, lemon gives a better taste than orange for certain dressing; using agave because it has a nice fragrance; the need to soak cashews and almonds because it’s acidic compared to other nuts. She shared a lot of her knowledge with us and is patient and joyful person to learn from.

I would also encourage all of you to learn how to make raw food as eating more raw food will provide you with more energy, a better health as well as in looking better. And do learn it from Ms Ang whether it’s raw food or nutritional food as you will enjoy yourself and benefit a lot learning from her.
